We understand that sometimes issues may arise with our products, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and efficiently. While our products are made-to-order and we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds, we do make exceptions in certain circumstances. Here's what you need to know about our Exchange & Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

We only consider exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

  • Significant Discrepancy: If the item you received significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you. Please allow for a 20% difference between the advertised image and the actual item received, as differences in color due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display may occur.
  • Factory or Carrier Error: If the item is defective as a result of our factory's or the carrier's error.
  • Incorrect Product: If the item does not correspond to what you ordered in terms of type, color, size, or design.

Please note that our Exchange & Refund policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery date. If the 30-day period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Process for Requesting Exchange or Refund

If you believe your item meets the criteria for exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Order Number: Providing your order number will help us quickly identify your purchase and expedite the resolution process.
  • Video or Photo Evidence: Include clear photos or a video showing the inaccurate or damaged product, including any packaging or labels. This evidence will support your claim.
  • Complete Delivery Address: If there were any issues with the delivery address, please provide the correct information.

Step 2- Review and Response: Our customer service team will review your request and respond to you promptly. If the fault is deemed serious, we will offer a replacement or refund within a reasonable timeframe.
